A: Illuminescents Candles uses a unique soy/veggetable blend wax to give our candles superior scent throw and a premium look, while still offering a natural wax. Our container candles burn clean and are virtually soot free.
Q: Do Illuminescents Candle's products contain lead wicks?
A: Absolutely not! We strongly support the lead free movement and do not use any lead containing items in the manufacture of our products. Illuminescent Candle's products contain all cotton wicks.
Q: What is the typical order processing time?
A: Orders received are typically shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. Exceptions include orders placed on holidays and weekends.
Q: What is Illuminescents Candles return policy?
A: We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations or is damaged, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.
